Mr Cary will be responsible for enhancing and future-proofing Strive Gaming’s ability to serve the US and Canadian markets, the company says.

He brings with him a breadth of experience in senior positions in the iGaming industry, including, most recently a six-month stint as Interim Chief Technology Officer at Avantage Entertainment, 11 months as Vice President of High 5 Games, and over seven years at Bede Gaming Ltd.

Commenting on his appointment, President and CCO of Strive Gaming Damian Xuereb said: “Jesse’s wealth of experience coupled with iGaming platform architecture, deployment and development coupled with his understanding of the North American market requirements culture is second-to-none”.

“This makes him the ideal fit to drive forward Strive’s technical ambitions. We have some of the most advanced player platform technology in North America and we strive to be at the cutting edge technically for years to come”, he added.

Celebrating his appointment, Mr Cary said: “I evaluated the iGaming platform competitive landscape in North America, and I quickly identified what what Strive has in terms of tech stack and expertise is market leading, so I’m delighted to join”.

“I’m excited to contribute from a technical strategy perspective to ensure we can deliver upon our customer pledge of performance at scale in such a challenging and dynamic market, which happens to be my hope country. I can’t wait to get started”.

Strive Gaming was announced in May by Mr Xuereb, former Vice-President of Global Sales at Malta-based sports-betting giant Kambi. Announcing its formation on social media, he described the platform as “the first iGaming platform business specifically set up to satisfy the modern, multi-state requirements of North American operators”.
