Strive Gaming has announced the appointment of Jesse Cary as Chief Technical Officer (CTO).
Mr Cary will be responsible for enhancing and future-proofing Strive Gaming’s ability to serve the US and Canadian markets, the company says.
He brings with him a breadth of experience in senior positions in the iGaming industry, including, most recently a six-month stint as Interim Chief Technology Officer at Avantage Entertainment, 11 months as Vice President of High 5 Games, and over seven years at Bede Gaming Ltd.
Commenting on his appointment, President and CCO of Strive Gaming Damian Xuereb said: “Jesse’s wealth of experience coupled with iGaming platform architecture, deployment and development coupled with his understanding of the North American market requirements culture is second-to-none”.

Celebrating his appointment, Mr Cary said: “I evaluated the iGaming platform competitive landscape in North America, and I quickly identified what what Strive has in terms of tech stack and expertise is market leading, so I’m delighted to join”.

Strive Gaming was announced in May by Mr Xuereb, former Vice-President of Global Sales at Malta-based sports-betting giant Kambi. Announcing its formation on social media, he described the platform as “the first iGaming platform business specifically set up to satisfy the modern, multi-state requirements of North American operators”.
The deal is the latest agreed by ESA Gaming, with the company enjoying recent global growth and expansion in key markets such as Africa and Italy
