Enteractive, a leading provider of iGaming retention and engagement services has appointed Faye Williams as Head of Account Management for its B2B segment to develop the company’s growth in the US.  She will be reporting to Andrew Foster, chief business officer, who said that Ms Williams “is an important appointment for our B2B team, supporting our business growth into 2023 and beyond”.

Previously Ms Williams worked for Gaming Innovation Group (GiG), Betsson and Betfair Williams. She brings seven years of industry experience in the iGaming and sports betting sectors to her new role.

Ms Williams said “It’s a hugely important period at the moment, with the United States upping the ante for everyone in the sector, and I look forward to helping the company drive more active players for iGaming brands worldwide.”

Earlier this year, Enteractive joined GiG’s marketplace, offering its retention services through GiG’s platform. Ms Williams appointment will strengthen Enteractive’s B2B team to further develop the company’s growth strategy in the US region and other regulated emerging markets. Enteractive is considered to be a top revenue generator for operators offering integrated player databases solutions.  It also provides personalised engagement with players in each market and support from native-language sales agents.
