Online gaming and technology developer ELYSIUM Studios AB, which has offices in Malta, Sweden, Bulgaria and the Isle of Man, has announced its merger with game developer Maverick Technology Ltd, which gives the company a full portfolio of games and a top of the line Remote Gaming Server ‘RGS’.

Integration has been carried out with nine aggregators, and several others are in the pipeline.

The gaming platform was developed using the latest secured technology, bringing high platform value. Additionally, it delivers a quick and direct integration with aggregators and operators.

The latest generation RGS is also said to bring scalable infrastructure, fast loading times and is “very solid, connected and running with ultra-fast game development”.

The CEO of ELYSIUM Sergio Jacob commented, “We have a dedicated and experienced team with knowledge to create graphical and attractive casino slots, which I’m very proud of. Our concept is unique and we invest a lot of time in our math model, graphics and sound.

“For ELYSIUM it is important to bring something new, something different. By mixing gaming patterns and game mechanics from social, video and casino gaming, we create unique games that will improve player retention, differentiate our games and attract new players.”

On the part of Maverick, its CEO Enrico Bradamante described the merger as “exciting news”.

Announcing the news, the company said it was “delighted” to announced to the merger, and proclaimed it as the beginning of “an exciting new chapter” for Maverick in its journey to establish its place in the industry.
