The Dutch Gaming Authority (KSA) has granted the Malta-based subsidiary of JVH Gaming & Entertainment Group, JOI Gaming a licence for online casino offering JACKS.NL, it has announced.
The accomplishment was welcomed by the group’s CEO Eric Olders, who commented: “We are extremely pleased that we can finally launch the site. We have been working on this for more than ten years.”
He added that while the Dutch gaming legislation took a long time, it has now finally arrived, after a “long ride.”
The licence was granted to JOI gaming Ltd. (JVH Online International).
With 85 casinos, JVH is the market leader in private land-based casinos in the Netherlands. JVH is best known for Jack’s Casino. The Dutch company has its origins in Tilburg, where entrepreneur Jac van Ham founded the company in 1958, whereas its subsidiary is based in Sliema, Malta.
The new casino offering will offer a wide range of games. In 2020, content deals with Kambi and Evolution were announced, to provide sportsbook and live casino products. In addition, a large number of other game suppliers have now been contracted.
When JACKS.nl is launched, it will offer live table games in addition to well-known slot machines and a wide range of sports betting options. It will be marketed under the name JACK’S Casino & Sports.
“We are enormously proud of our colleagues who have made this possible. We look forward to welcoming our players to our top class online casino,” concluded Mr Olders.
