A thorough review of the company’s management system, framework and practices was carried out to satisfy the requirements of the globally recognised ISO mark of quality.

Philip Curmi, director of service management at GiG, said “We believe that this certification is a testament to GiG being a top tier service provider, always striving to give the best level and quality of service to our partners. This achievement would not have been possible without the input, support and commitment from all of GiG towards these shared values.”

As an internationally recognised mark of quality, the certification awarded by the International Organisation for Standardization (ISO) and International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) establishes the organisation’s effective management processes in accordance with international best practices. This certification recognises the company as a credible and trusted business partner with stakeholders and business partners. ISO certification endorses the entity’s global standards for business and trade and affirms the company’s ability to respond to increasing service demands demonstrating reliability and a high level of quality service.
