Sportsbook supplier BETBY has bolstered its team with the addition of Viki Vitanyi as head of client success, as the provider continues to add key hires.

Viki holds a decade of experience in the iGaming world, such as senior account manager at GiG, and most recently as a senior product partner at global giant Entain.

Based out of BETBY’s Malta office, her responsibilities will include developing and implementing a customer experience strategy, improving the customer journey and relationship, and exploring technology and innovation to maximise the customer experience for our clients.

It marks the latest addition for the supplier, following the hiring of senior business development manager Stefanos Karakidis, as it continues to focus on positive expansion in 2023.

Chris Nikolopoulos, chief commercial pfficer at BETBY, said: “We want to attract the top talent in the industry to push us to new heights, and this is evident with our latest hire. Viki brings a wealth of experience, and we’re confident she’ll be a fantastic asset for BETBY.”
